Policies

“PARTIES” – A credit card deposit will be requested to guarantee an appointment for two or more services or for large parties.

“CHANGES” – Please notify Bravo! 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if it is necessary to change or cancel your service.

“NO SHOW” – After 3 “NO SHOWS” we will need a deposit with a credit card for you to book an appointment at BRAVO! and if you do not come in for your scheduled appointment your credit card will be charged for 50% of the cost of your scheduled appointment.

“DELAYS” – In the event you are late for your service, you may be asked to reschedule (subject to charge) or your service will end at its regularly scheduled time as to not delay the next guest.

“PRICING” – Prices are subject to change without notice.

“REFUNDS” – Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on spa services, gift cards, package series, or retail products. We do not refund for any make-up products. All sales are final.
